The London Essence Company has been around since 1896. They have since been known as top distillers of fruits and other plant products. The London Essence mixers that we use for the gin tonic Amsterdam are created in London. Leading bartenders have been asked for advice, after which modern distillation techniques have been applied to produce exactly the right mixers.
